Deposit Options
We make it easy and convenient to deposit funds into your accounts.
Make Deposits at our Branch Offices. Our offices are open late on Fridays and most are open on Saturdays for your convenience (see our Locations and Hours of Operation). In addition to making deposits at the teller window, you can also make deposits in the branch office's night deposit drop box and at ATMs located at most of our branch office locations.
Make Deposits at Shared Branch Locations. There are over 4,300 shared-branch offices located nationwide (including over 350 locations in California) at which you can make a deposit to your PacTrust Bank accounts. You will need to know your 10-digit account number when performing transactions at these locations.
Deposit By Mail. You can mail your deposits to PacTrust Bank (checks only - please do not mail cash). Please mail your deposits to:
PacTrust Bank P. O. Box 5227 Chula Vista, CA 91912-5227
Deposit at ATMs. You can make deposits to your PacTrust Bank account at over 9,000 CO-OP Network deposit-taking ATMs located nationwide.
Use Direct Deposit. You can have your paycheck, social security or other recurring items deposited directly into your PacTrust Bank checking or saving account. Direct Deposit is quick, safe, and convenient. Use our Online Forms to request your employer or other entity to switch your payments to Direct Deposit.
Deposit by Online Transfer Between Accounts. You can use our HomeAccess Online Banking system, or the Touch-Tone Teller audio response system, to make deposits into one of your PacTrust Bank accounts by transferring available funds from your other savings, checking, money market deposit or line of credit accounts.
