Below are repayment options Pacific Trust has available to assist you in avoiding foreclosure:

Call us today, toll-free at 1-877-441-BANK, extension 4336 to discuss with a Loan Workout Representative the various options available. Our hours are: Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
If, after speaking with our Loan Workout Representative, you decide to continue with the process, you may need to provide:
-
A "Hardship Letter" which explains the help you are requesting, why you're behind on your loan payments, and your ability to make future payments.
-
A Monthly Income and Expense Worksheet
-
Completed Financial Statement Form
-
Copy of all borrower's most recent pay stubs for one month; or if self-employed, the last 2 years' income tax returns and current year-to-date profit and loss statement.
-
If Junior Liens exist on the property (e.g.; a second mortgage or home equity line of credit), provide a copy of the current loan statement from your lender(s).
Once we receive all required documentation, we will review your request and contact you.
By offering to review your loan, we are not giving up our right to enforce the original mortgage agreement. Any collection and/or foreclosure actions, whether currently in process or about to begin, will proceed per the terms of your Deed of Trust. Our agreement to review your loan does not mean that we will approve an alternative arrangement.
